To make the journey into becoming our authentic selves in God requires the support of others. At various points of the journey we will need teacher, friend, prophet, spiritual guide, mentor, and healer. Our task is made much more difficult when we are unaware of the type of help we need at different points of our journey.

The Integrō Guided Journey  offers you the seamless guidance of not just one but up to three interior journey guides with different training, giftings, and life experience.

We (your guides) are committed to an ongoing deepening of our relationships with God and becoming more healed and integrated in our own personhood.

We are also companions for one another and have a deep understanding and appreciation of one another's gifts. This enables us to work seamlessly together as a team to support you in your journey of integration with greater efficacy than any single one of us can accomplish alone.

• Enrolment into this journey is offered only through E-ILC for suitable candidates.
• This offering includes sessions of Integrative Life Consultation (ILC), Integrative Soul Tending (IST), and Integrative Leadership Consultation (ILeC) with the respective guides according to the needs of each pilgrim.
• Each pilgrim's journey is discerned and designed for maximum impact according to individual need

Integrative Leadership Consultation (ILeC) helps you navigate the burdens of leadership by providing you with guidance on how to approach the tensions and challenges of leadership from an integrated core identity in Christ. Its emphasis is on the practical living out of your interior life in the context of organisational/team leadership.

Ann Yeong

INTEGRATIVE LIFE CONSULTATION (ILC) & JOURNEY COORDINATOR

Ann specialises in "interior journey diagnostics" to help each client gain knowledge about where they are on their interior journey, what their practical next step could be, and what kind of resources would best serve them in the season they are in.

Her experiential knowledge about the interior landscape and contemplative intuition about how each person needs to navigate it in their own unique way helps her clients to approach their interior growth in a systematic, integrated and personalised way. 

Edwina Yeow

INTEGRATIVE SOUL TENDING (IST)

Edwina Yeow is the founder of Anam Cara Ministries. She has been guiding, companioning and encouraging spiritual seekers for over 25 years.

Her specialty is in curating, creating and facilitating encounters that help people connect with God and themselves in body, mind, soul and spirit. She interweaves modalities that span her training in spiritual direction & retreat giving, theological studies as well as counseling, with a special emphasis on embodied spirituality.

Henry Hoo

INTEGRATIVE LEADERSHIP CONSULTATION (ILeC)

Henry specialises in integrating contemplative spirituality, emotional health and organisational leadership in discipleship. Professionally, Henry has over a decade's experience being in senior leadership within the Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) and Ministry of Defence (MINDEF). He also served two terms in the executive committee of his Parish Pastoral Council (PPC) and was a core member of the same parish's Office for New Evangelisation (ONE) from 2012-2014.

Henry is a highly sought after professional mentor at his work and is known for his authenticity as well as his ability to exercise positive influence in leadership.
